Does anyone know of any company how makes quality decals/dry transfers for 1/72nd scale WWII german armor?

To convert an Archer dry transfer into a decal, just burnish it onto some good decal paper. Archer publishes recommended instructions somewhere on their website and even sells decal paper for this purpose.
