I like them, much better than I could ever hope to do. I like the camo'd up loader. Neat pattern there!

Very nice, good shading. Just how large is this dio going to be??
I also like the wide shot, with the panzer grey tanks (image 000899). Are those elephant's on the table top? Ohhhh, now I get it. You're going to have the 21st Panzer Div. square off against Hannibal right!?! :-) :-)

Thanks for all the responces. Well I want to recreate a small section of the battle of Kursk. and yes this is all 1/35 scale their will be a total of about 150 armored and tracked afvs on it when it is done. Started about 10 years ago with lay off of about 7 years do to family things but I am back. and now have added 48 more models to build and more coming.I want to have the wall in bedroom moved out 10 feet so I can put up the plywood that will be the base of dio. This will take some time. Or what do you all think of buying one of those garage kits for $2000.00 that are 25x30 this would make a nice hobby and dio room. And Rob thanks for the kind words I really know that you are the expert

Nice one... you'll be busy for the next ten years :-)
Interesting battle additionally... allready lov it

Hmm.... if I was you' I'd make it modular so you could move it if necessary. Also has the advantage that you could finish parts rather than just seeing one huge amount of semi finished work...

Did you draw up your ideas or how are you planning all this ???

Cool.....
Where didyou get those boxes to store the finished kits? That would be perfect for me since I don't have much space to display my finished tanks.

Thanks,

Your figures look nice ! I like the tanker in black very much, with some nice drybrushing (or is it another
technique ?) and the small details carefuly iluminated.
What is a bit sad, is that it's a bit difficult to see the face of your figures. It's certainly because
you must have used a powerful flash to take the picture, and this tends to erase details.

I hope that you choose to make a dio that you can break in several smaller parts or you may find
yourself with something very heavy and to huhe to move without damage... Ald also, you'll probably
have to choose your materials well so that it doesn't become too heavy ( insulation foamboard works
great as a baseplate and weights virtualy nothing ! )...

Good luck !

Thanks the encouragement is needed. I have set the flash to 2 on the camera and it still takes a bright picture. Will try to use the old 35mm and see what comes of it,but between the scanning and compressing a lot of detail is lost. Thanks again guys somebody here said 10 years this is going to be my retirement project. And then when I go meet the big guy will have the old lady donate to some VFW club to keep those gents busy a while.
