It's exactly as Mig said in his open letter: MIG Productions and MIG Productions USA continue as before. The company is not closing. The only difference is that Miguel is no longer on the scene.

I spoke to Adam Wilder of the company last week and there will be NO changes whatsoever in the company. Development of new products is continuing as before.
