V130 or V300 Cadillac, Scorpion light tanks or even the SIMBA? Also Philippine Army/Air Force decals?

I think there are no Phil decals available on the market. Try scratchbuilding them. If you want to know how to make custom decals, search the forums, I posted there how to make one entitled "Custom Decals". Regarding the V130 etc. try searching e-bay and related links here found in Armorama.
