Well I was a lucky birthday boy this year and my girlfriend let me pick the airbrush of my choice (within reason) so i ordered the iwata HP-BP and will be connecting that to my silentaire 20 compressor. Off ebay i got it with hose, inline moisture trap (though i have had no issues with the one on the compressor) and a quick release attachment for 209.00 canadian shipped. I have been looking for reviews on it but most seem to have the HP-CP I have a badger 200 that i have been using up till now and base coat work is acceptable with that brush but the detail work is where is fails for me. anyone with any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. i mainly use tam acrylics. what pressure and mix ratio do you find works best. is it advised to use a retarder with the acrylics or any other tricks to keep it working as flawlessly as they say it should.
Thanks in advance
Jon
