This is an odd one. As I was under the impression this kit was being re-released as standard. However as you (dave) have pointed out no one has the kit is stock. Ive seen a few on ebay and they have been bid up to around the £40-£50 GBP mark, and as you say some guy on ML traded a ton of kits for this one.

So at the moment id say you have a fairly sought after kit. If no one takes you up on the offer you should try ebay, people on UK ebay certainly seem to be very interested in this at the moment.

Saw that on ML. Talk about desperate! LRDGs are out there. I have two of those kits, and theyre not exactly Holy Grail either. Smart shoppers know...

not sure what that guy was thinking offering 20 kits for one.

Tamiya supposedly made a short run of these and quickly discontinued the kit. I offered this guy what Great Models is asking for the kit on pre-order but I think he, like some others think that this is going to be a sought after kit and hard to find. I don't think the kit is worth 20 other kits in trade. I think they will produce it again. To me, it's only worth about $26 at the most. If I can't get one through Great Models or someone else, its no big deal.

I haven't been paying attention to this post.

I just removed my post as I was hoping to get what the retail price is for the kit $34.00 but as Mr. O'meara points out its at Great Models for almost $10 cheaper. So go for it.

Sorry Dave, but it's been posted at Great Models for pre-order for quite a while, and was only a matter of time before they arrived.
Same as my waiting for months for a resupply of the Matildas, from Lucky Models, I knew eventually it would arrive, and eventually mine would get shipped.
