Still waiting after 1 year, at one time last year received post card stating that the item was on back order, I mailed a reply to send back my money, many phone calls, emails, and mail. Next I will fax, the phone no. is just a recording and the fax has not been going through. Roll Models had been recomended. Just wanted to here other input.
