Here is another possibility for all (I saw the beautiful scratchbuilt bicycle ambulance, and wanted you to see this). It is a Harley Davidson motorcycle sidecar specially set up for special deliveries around San Francisco for the San Francisco Casket Company. The casket is inside the shipping crate, padded and protected, because the crate is laying on its left side (you can see the bill of lading). The picture is taken in from of the San Francisco Casket Company at 16th and Valencia St. in the late 1920's. I am sure someone could do this, with a casket inside the crate when opened.
