I don't think they would leave customers hanging like that . It could be their web server is done . Give it a day or send them an E-mail asking about your order . Maybe even give them call to find out .

Really good. I just received an order from them that I placed on the 21st, they sent me email notification of it being shipped on the 23rd and the mail carrier had it for me this morning. That's pretty darned good from Hong Kong to Canada.
Just be aware when you're ordering of the difference between 'available' and 'in stock'. 'In stock' means they have it in inventory while 'available' means they have to order it and it can take much longer. They're first rate and reasonably priced.

I'll second what Bob said. I placed an order recently for two in stock items and it shipped the next day.

Hi Bob,
I see, I ordered a 1/35 maus which was " in stock" - I thought that kit was already discontinued, I was quite surprised to see that kit...I wonder if Lucky model is able to order it...wonder how long it may take or if it will ever come...
Do they do refunds quickly or make arrangements in the event the kit cant be found?

My experience with them, is that they will give you store credit rather than a refund.
Cheers,

I've gotten both refunds and store credit from them, and they have always given me the choice.

I agree with what your dealer had to say about the new products.
