I don't know of any Delta or Ranger specific figures. Prieser from Holland has Modern US Infantrymen in 1/48 and 1/72. They could be modified into Delta or Rangers (not much mods for them) pretty easily. I believe Goffy Models also does 1/72 modern infantry as well. Goffy and CMK do modern helo pilots too.
