hello! ordered on monday, the money had been taken out almost instantly but i ahvent had a dispatched notification! is this normal?
i know they are a little slow, but its thursday now!!

ring them up. i've found its the only way to know if your order is being sent.
if their communications were better they'd be nigh on perfect for a UK distributor.

No they don't , but I've always found them to be reasonably quick at dispatch.
