I just bought my first armor kit that contains metal parts. How do I glue them to the plastic pieces?

Thin cyanoacrylate(CA) glue works well too. You just have to make sure to use very little because it is easy to put too much glue on the joints. I would recommend using a small tip applicator.

Depending on the part and location use Gator glue or PVA glue.
