For those of you who are having difficulties connecting to MSN Chat and getting the error message: Networking problems, retry again later.

I have gone to the MSN Chat Help desk and have been informed that the msn groups chat are undergoing upgrade. They could not give me a time frame for this but told me that the upgrade should be finished soon and apologized for the inconvenience. This was brought to their attention by me at 10:45 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, U.S.A. on Sunday, June 29, 2003.
