Hello, I'm a newbie to armor and was wondering if you folks could recommend a source, book, video on basic weathering skills for armor modeling? I do 1/24,1/32

I recommend MIG's, "FAQ". It's a little pricey, but covers many aspects of painting and weathering with good photographs.

I don't believe there is 'one' book. Many weathering books are subject specific and beginners can get blocked extending that from one subject to another.
I would honestly read the features under the feature tab at the top title bar here.
