I just built a simple PE bender tool for large folds. For small stuff I prefer to work by hand with flat tweezers, so I only needed something with a large, flat blade for stuff like fenders, boxes and radio racks.
The design is so simple I won't even bother uploading pictures. I used a piece of smooth sheet steel and a galvanized steel 4" door hinge from the hardware store, and a couple of 1/4" bolts and wing nuts. I put one half of the door hinge flush onto the end of the steel plate, so the hinge wrapped around the edge. I drilled two holes (furthest from the edge of the hinge, to give extra room for the PE) and bolted the hinge on. DONE. To fold I use a standard utility blade (trapezoid shape) to slide under the PE and fold up. Works great, only cost around 10$ in materials, and that's because I bought a new hinge and sheet steel, you could easily find this stuff in the junk.
