A while ago, I purchased a set of paints from Hawkeyes (SNJ Spraymetal). Today, I went to use them, and found that they had dried up. All that was left was the pigment at the bottom of the container. I sent them an email advising them of what had happened, and ten minutes later I got a reply from Gerald Voight explaining what had happened (a shipment of bad containers which allowed evaporation through the bottle), and an offer to replace the paints. Thank You Hawkeye (Gerald). That is great service...a reply in 10 minutes.
