Was wondering how many round are in the 50cal ammo cans, Vietnam version? 200 seems familiar but not sure. can anyone verify? Also how many round in a 30cal, Vietnam?

The cans that I have at home from the 70's are 100 for 50cal and 200 for 7.62mm. Not sure about the 30cal, I never really worked with them.

.30 cal and the 7.62 should be the same per box. 200 I think.
