does this mean tristar dont have an email anymore?

nah, afaik a chap came to the thread and stated that the owner had moved shop, and downsized, and the thread was renamed after that to " looks like trastar isnt closing down" or similar so im still holding on!

Nope, it was posted that Tristar is still in business. The website was down for a while, and rumors went wild at the time.
What address did you try?
The website lists it as [email protected]

With all the changes going on, the email could be down right now too. Having been part of a business move before, these things happen at times...
