I am finishing up on a dio and would like to place the damaged tail section of an aircraft in the foreground of the scene. I am using .003 copper sheet for the fuselage and that part is all worked out. The area that always bedevils me are the rounded tail surfaces.
Does anyone have any ideas on making a convincing rounded tail wing. I had thought of using Basswood.
