Below is what's left of my car kits. All kits are priced as marked plus shipping. We can figure shipping after you decide what/how many you want. I don't pad shipping charges and the costs are what the actual shipping charges are.

I have sold off most of my model cars. Below are what remain. I have lowered the prices. Kits should be complete but I will verifycontents before I accept payment. I will gladly scan the box top and sides and email you the image if you want to see the particular kit(s). Feel free to ask me any questions as well. If you PM me include your email address so I can respond, send you pictures, etc. I won't give out, distribute, or sell your email address. I'm not a merchant, just a guy with models needing new homes. First come, first served based on date & time stamp on email or PM. I can be emailed directly at [email protected] which would be quicker than a PM since I check my email more frequently than I check my PMs here.

'55 Chevy Bubble Hood 1/25 scale in resin. Very nice! Should fit any 1/25 scale 55 Chevy. $5.00

I have 1 of the HOT-ROD Magazine commissioned 3 models in one box kits left for sale. The box is beat up a bit. It is kit # 7447 and includes 54, 55, and 57 Chevys. The underside of the floor pan/chassis on one of the cars has been brush painted black. It came from an estate sale and was that way when I got it. Everything else looks to be on trees and I didn't notice any other assembly or painting. I am asking $15.00 each for the remaining kit. The 3 Ford hot Rod kit has been sold. Photos are further down this thread. Again, I will gladly provide photos if requested.

NOTE: To save shipping costs and because the triple kit box is less than perfect I can bag the models in Zip-Lock bags, fold the model's box and fit everything into a small and cheap to ship box. Recently I was able to ship 7 regular models, one of which was still sealed and left in the box, plus the 3 cars from the triple kit and the triple kit box in a 16" X 12" X 10" carton,. That was 10 1/24 and 1/25 model cars! It all packed very securely and was cheap to ship Priority Mail costing less than $9 to ship from southern Indiana to north-east of Dayton, Ohio.

Any interest in WWI aircraft? Lotsa German stuff. Lotsa Eduard, some Flashback, Glencoe, Gavia, Dragon, Roden, Inpact, Smer, ESCI, Idea, Hobby Craft, Special Hobby, Monogramm and a few more. I'm still debating about selling them and am putting out a feeler here first. I have about 90 to 100 aircraft.

Hi. I saw your list of 1/25th cars. I was wondering if you still have the AMT kit "Prestige Silhouette"? You have $10.00 next to it. Is that what you are still asking for it? I know it has one tire missing, but that is ok. Please let me know. Thank you. Kevin [email protected]

List updated on 7/13/09. Remaining models listed and prices adjusted.

ALL: I've been slow to respond to some inquiries because my computer crashed and I've been working to bring it back up again. I have been using an incredibly slow and ancient laptop and accessing my email thru web-mail which is tortuous and maddeningly slow. I apologize for any delays in responding and hope to be back up to full speed very soon.

All that remail of my cars are listed in the first posting in this thread.

Hi. Got your message and responded. These are just like regular model parts on the sprues. They are packaged in individual cardboard boxes with clear cellophane panels and a tab at the top to hand them from a display hook. These were actual accessory kits. I have some errands to run and will post a picture of them later. Or at least I will try.

Some asked about the engines. Below are pictures of the 4 different makes. All the backs have assembly instructions. I posted one to show what they look like. Below the engines are the boxes that went to the hobby shops for the engine's display. Images are of both sides of those. If you order 4 motors I'll include a box. First come first serve since I have 2 boxes and 10 motors. I will remove these images after they are sold or I don't think there is any further interest in them.

In separate entries below I also posted images of the remaining 1/25 -1/25 garage and tool set and driver set I have. I want $5 for the drivers and $10 for the garage equipment and tool set.

The two 1/24 Hot Rod 3 Model kit sets I have are shown, too. These came from an estate sale and the boxes and contents are as I received them. They are complete as best as i can tell. These are $15 each. Shipping is extra and will be what it costs to send them.

Motors are $2.00 each

4 283 Chevy engines are left as of 7/29

Cadillac motor was sold.

Pontiac motors were sold.

3 427 Ford engines are left as of 7/29

Chevy Kits $15

Be sure to read the bottom of the first post in this thread about shipping. There is a way to ship this set cheaply and get around the size of the box. The dark blue bagged kit is the 54 Chevy and the lighter blue bagged kit is the 55 Chevy.

Note on this the chassis for the 57 was brush painted by the previous owner. This seems to be the only thing done with this set. Only the underside was painted and painted badly with a brush!

Here are both sides of the painted 57 chassis/floor pan. Only the bottom was painted.

Only a few kits remain. See the first post for what's left. I'll work something out discount-wise if someone wants quantity.

Shipping multiple kits can be cheap by getting around the large shipping carton size charges. I was able to get 10 1/24 and 1/25 scale car kits into a 16 X 12 X 10 carton by bagging the contents into large zip-lock bags. The boxes were folded in at the corners and pressed flat becoming extra re-enforcement at the bottom and top of the shipping container. Air in the bags added cushion to the parts and the bags themselves fit nicely into the box with no cramming or forcing things to fit. By doing this I was able to get around the size restrictions of shipping priority mail with charges for weight alone. The 10 kits plus boxes weighed in at about 6 1/2 pounds sent from zipcode 47201.
