Tristar is a Hong Kong based company. Startup pa lang sya and I guess it started operating just last year. The first few kits they released were WWII figure kits for German armor. Reviews have praised the accuracy and detail of these. Their first tank was the cute Panzer I that is now available at STC and Lil's for around 1500 to 1900. These kits come with PE and individual tracks. I think they come with aluminum barrels too. These tanks have also been highly praised for accuracy and detail. The next Tristar release will be a more detailed version of the Karl Morser that DML recently released.

Speaking of the Karl Morser, there's one at JMN's shelf as of last Saturday.
