Finally, after selling our town house in Cape Town July last year, squatting with the out-laws for 6 weeks , relocating inter-continentally, living out of suitcases in motels for a month, and living in a gorgeous (albeit freezing) art-deco flat over-looking luscious green botanical gardens on the fringe of the city, the missus and I are buying our own home again.

In a suburb about a 45min train trip out of the city, but on a river AND a 10min walk from the beach, it's a town house (unit) with only 3 on the block. It's got the usual 3 bedrooms, dining, lounge, galley kitchen and an odd spot which I'll use a a study. But more importantly, it's got an extended (single) garage which I get as a hobby workshop

Thanks for sharing my happy moment with me

Looks like a good choice, glad you're finally settling down.

So, any room for a uni student?

What a journey. I hope you and your wife sat back with a glass of wine/beer and toasted each other.
The house looks like a really nice find.

It is killer looking congrats on the find.

Now if I sell mine could I move in down the street.

Wait I still have to work 6 more years.

Darn well maybe then.

Cool deal and the weather looks great also.

Thanks for sharing that the beach is only 10 minutes here 9 to 10 hours of hauling butt.

As said pics of inside would be nice once settled in.

Do you have U-Hauls there Rudi?

Congrats Rudi
Three bedrooms? Something unannounced? Or is it to be a guest bedroom for international modelers traveling to the great down under?

Seriously, nice looking diggs and great work on securing a work room.
Cheers,
Charles
