I won this last night at my local clubs model auction. One of our members made it and donated it. I paid a whole $16 for it. It rotates, has threaded holes to accept a variety of fasteners and hold downs and can be locked for added stability. I know he spent considerably more than $16 building it. Looking forward to putting it to use. Painting, soldering, assembly, etc. etc. etc. I see a whole lot of uses for this thing and I can always add to it later. "Q"
