Yes they did.

There has been a small handful of the 1/76th series available for a while, but they list approximately 19 kits in the current on-line catalogue, with the Jagdpanther returning to the line-up this month.

Several of Revell's "combo kits" listed at 1/72 scale were old 1/76 scale Matchbox kits with Revell's vinyl soldiers. The ones I know off hand were:
#03150 SdKfz 11 and Pak 40
#03151 Stuart Mk I
#03162 Comet
The Priest, Panzer II C and M16 MGMC were also produced in combo packs.

Currently, they package the old Matchbox kits and properly list them as 1/76 scale.

I think thatīs good news then because it confirms my suspicion when I saw "Montys caravan" in my LHS. I liked the fact that they came with bases as a kid when I first started.

Thanks all.
A project that looks to be more of a Ebay deal.

Just a word of caution, but when I bought a former Matchbox 1/72 scale airplane kit reboxed by Revell for my daughter, they modified the sprues to eliminate the pilot figure. They may have modified the armor sprues, I don't know. I do know that the M24 Chaffee I bought was a straight rebox, but molded all in one color (Matchbox used to mold in 2 or 3 colors).

Thanks Rob but think I will try to nail the Original Matchbox deal as the Panzer III I am looking for does not have base like the original Matchbox one did.
