How long until I can paint or manipulate parts after I glue(weld) them together with this stuff? It seems like a pretty heavy solvent and stuff is pretty stuck after 30 min or so. Does that seem about right or should I wait a few hours before continuing my build?

EDIT: nm I just saw no one reads where I posted. I'll take my chances in an hour

As a rule of thumb I never apply paint until the kit has sat for 24 hours, regarding how long between stages it really depends on how likely you are to cause damage to the attached parts (bang or knock them).

Thanks

I held off since I have plenty of other stuff to do. It's just that my 232, which is my first build ever, not considering my childhood attempts, is ready for decals/ weathering and I can see the end of the tunnel(is that a sentence?). Let's hope I use this Mr. Mark soft properly after I do the decals.

Hey mugwump
Best of luck, and as you said yourself you have other stuff to do, so don't ruin the project by rushing!
