I've found out that when ribbon is uploaded as an award it is not visible when .gif extension is written in capital letters. All you can see is red X. Upload goes without problem, ribbon is correct, but campaign's site requests file with extension .gif, and not .GIF (I did not think that it is a difference... ) After uploading I could not change it.
Here is example:
this is my uploaded file:

and this is how it looks when you ask for it with .gif extension.

could you change it so capitalics would have no influence on it?

Andrzej

There's some other issues going on with the Gallery that has Jim's priority right now. (I'm personally thinking that the gallery issues might be the main cause of this)

I agree with Matt, I am able to get the ribbons uploaded but it does sometimes take several tries.

@ Matt - I know that Jim is very busy with other activities and it was not my intention to hurry him. I've seen that he has responded other posts in the meantime and I just wanted to be sure that this issue I've written about was spoted. I see that it happens from time to time so I wanted to be sure that Jim is aware of the problem.

@ Mark - my problem is not difficulty with uploading - ribbon is uploaded corectly but with .GIF and not .gif extension. Due to some fact it makes a difference for our site and .GIF is simply not visible.
