Like many others, I have been away from models for a long time but started again in earnest about 12 months ago. I love 1/32 WW1 aircraft, though the range is limited. I served Queen and country in the RAAF for 9 years so my first love (after my wife) are aeroplanes. Hope to chat with some of you soon.

G'day Des,

Welcome to the Kitmaker Network, mate! Looking forward to seeing some of those wingy-things you build.

Where abouts in Oz do you hail from?

This is a great site with some very impressive modelers. Good to welcome another Aussie. I share your enthusiasm for 1/32nd aircraft. I build and collect 32nd scale Marine Corps and Navy aircraft (never call them "pilots" though..."aviators" land on "the boat": pilots land on the earth)...that usually starts some fights. They all, however "reach out and touch the face of God." Welcome aboard.

G'day wombat58, welcome to the Kitmaker Network. I signed up yesterday and spent most of last night checking out the joint. Found lots of good stuff i have been looking for for ages.

Shoalhaven Heads eh? Now there is a beaut spot. I am a born and bred Wollongong boy myself. Mates and i loved it down there, used to do a lot of spearfishing. Actually anywhere on the South Coast is just great!

Good to meet you....
