You can go to both Azimut and Blast Models in Paris.....the addresses on their websites.

Blast is well worth going to....it is like aftermarket heaven.

So the best ones are
Blast models
5 rue Crozatier
75012
It is 2 blocks away from your hotel
Then Euromaquette
88 Rue de Charenton
75012
Finally Azimut Production
113 rue de turenne
75003
Enjoy your stay

For me, the very best is Blast.
You can check the items on the web and send a mail to ask for reservation.
it's, really the best ever.
the very good thing is that, in paris, this three shops (Blast, Azimut and Euromaquette ) are all in the 11eme arrondissement near Bastilles. it's easy with the bus, or the metro.
there is a good library to at A et C, 19 avenue de la république (11eme ).
Wish you a good trip and enjoy your stay in France.

I was at Euromaquette last summer. They had an extensive inventory and lots of nice displays of finished models.

For Blast no need to call it is a normal shop
You can even ask to your wife and kids to walk on the coulée verte viaduc des art, It is a former railroad transform in a garden, you cannot miss it, it is just around the corner of Euromaquette and Blast shop.
http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viaduc_des_Arts
Then finding the modelshops will not look so obvious.
