Pls note, I am not trying to flame anyone or any company- I am a mere simple modeler who loves my AFV kits and treasures my collections.

Last weekend, I heard a nasty rumor from a friend that Tristar has run into some financial problem and may not last as long as we had hope for (said to be bailing out on chapter 11?).

I mean they make great wonderful early AFVs, I just want to be sure and stock up my fav kits in case these rumors are true.

No offense to anyone or company, like I said, my intention was not to spread any rumors. My apologies if I had offended anyone or company.

It's a RUMOR (and a Nasty one at that) mainly, this rumor has been spread by Dragon Models in-house muckraker, Blogger (real-name would be welcome) Hiroshi. I've heard nothing officially whatsoever and consider it a load of garbage to deliberately damage a competitor...

Hopefully it is only a rumour.
Tristar are my single favourite company .. for both figures and AFVs.

Thanks for the re-assuring news! Phew, they almost got me there....Back to building Tristar kits!
