Has anybody ever had any dealings with a ebay seller named "HobbyKing705" out of Canada I bought a model from them on jan 15 ,09 and still havent got it or my refund and they didnt even have it to sell , I have alerted ebay they havent even responed to ebay so beware of this seller they are crooks

I haven't had any dealings with them....Have you tried to contact them? What was the response?

There is other negative feedback for that seller on eBay echoing your issues. It is always good practice to check a seller's feedback before placing a bid.

"they didnt even have it to sell ".......Am I to understand correctly that you bought a model from them that they didn't even have listed on eBay? If that is correct.....why would you do that? ......or do you mean that they did not have the item in stock?

I bought some things from them before. It took an extraordinarily long time to get the items and I never went back for anything else. It seems to me that my emails were also ignored.

Of course, I have been waiting almost 8 weeks for some Tamiya putty from Lucky Model.

I just checked and it shipped today. To be fair I had read somewhere on Armorama that there was going to be a delay (whatever that means) in getting tamiya putty in the US because of something in the ingredients being not too good for you or something. I imagine that may have suddenly created a surge in orders.

Well, I am still waiting for some items I bought from LuckyModel in July 2008. It´s been more than half year.

I have purchased a few items from them and never had any trouble. Have you tried to contact them? They may not even be aware of the problem unless you conttact them trough E-Bay.

yes i have also dealt with them, it took about 3 weeks or so for it to get here i think you should wait a while maybe itll show up

Well it is official this guy or people are crooks ebay seller HobbyKing705 the case was closed and turned over to ebays trust&Safety board I dont know if I will get my money back I paid with a MO so time will see so everybody beware of these people
