I have a photo of a wartime grave site at an " Orphanage" (?) with the sign similar to the ""Free French" cross anybody want to take a stab at this?

The 'Free French' cross is actually called the Cross of Lorraine

There's a ton of reference avaiable online ( wikipedia page here ), but basically it's a heraldic device and predates WW2 by several hundreds of years.

the one photo contains a building with Kurheim St Kilian (means "resort home " of Saint Kilian (where?)

and the grave scene has helmets with the cross of lorraine and women and a boy laying flowers

The cross of Lorraine is an unlikely choice for a burial marker if that's what you mean. On the other hand, the Russian Orthodox cross is very similar, apart from the sloping lower cross-piece.

I'm not completely sure of what you are asking?

If you don't know how to upload to the gallery then you might want to try photobucket. It is a free account and pretty simple to use.

640 x 480 is a good resize for these forums.
