Does anyone have a spare 1/35 modern cooler that's either a plastic one or styrofome one...i want to use it on an Abrams

I don't have an extra one, but the Legend Abrams Stowage set comes with one, along with 2 Igloo water jugs and lots of other gear. It only goes for about $20 and has enough for a couple tanks and then some. Its a pretty good value, esp. with free shipping from Lucky Model.
