Hi everyone,

What is the amount of people you must have interested to submit a campaign?
I have proposed Ancestors in scale campaign but I only have 9 people interested.
Should I submit?
Thanks,
M4A2Sherman

The minimum number of candidates for campaigns on most Kitmaker sites is 10 - AFAIK the only exception is Historicus Forma which requires only 5.

I must admit to not knowing the history behind your campaign, but have seen the topic in one of the Armorama forums. Is your campaign purely armour and dioramas, or does it also allow for other genres? If the latter, you may want to consider posting an invite to the campaign on the other Kitmaker sites as well.

Oh, okay thankyou! But if I post the invite in just the kitmaker homepage, will it appear in all armorama, aeroscale etc?
Thanks,

We've been doing 5 with certain areas on Automodeler as well.

Yes, but only on the assumption that people are either using the Latest Posts page, or visiting the Kitmaker General Modelling discussion group. In my experience people seem to rarely use either - I actually find the fact that they don't use the LP page rather bizarre. It appears many people visit the individual DG's on their target sites, and often only those DG's that are of an interest to them - thus missing out on a lot.

Good to know, Matt

ModelGeek will vary depending on the comitment of the participants. Five to 10 is usually acceptable.

For Armorama
It generally requires at least ten. We have run a mini-campaign that involved a few people building their version of one vehicle, in this case a rammtiger. It was very limited in scope and involved alot of scratchbuilding.
