Hello glue sniffers,

I have got a little problem. I want to build this beautiful tank.
http://www.accurate-armour.com/ShowProduct.cfm?manufacturer=0&category=66&subcategory=40&product=760

This is what the site from accurate armour says.

This 1/35th scale comversion by Jon Bottomley converts the DML T34/85 to the Egyptian T34-100 100mm SPG, using the ICM Soviet 100mm BS-3 gun kit. The conversion features hollow turret with opening roof panels/hatches, internal detail, ammunition, and drivers & fighting compartment details. External fuel tanks, smoke units and some other hull fittings are also provided along with a replacement engine deck air inlet panel with etched brass mesh and other smaller fittings.

Cool you might think! But, I have searched for the ICM Soviet 100mm BS-3 gun kit. But I think it is a very rare kit. I can't find it anywhere... Strange.. But my question is, are there any alternatives? Or metal barrels or something??

Hope someone can help me out. many thanks.

Hilbert

I'm not sure if I should suggest this but I got my BS-3 from www.alanger.us. Look under Historical Miniatures for the "Afgan Nord Alliance Forces" (Kit# ICM 35007). Many have shared horror stories dealing with this trader but I've done 2 transactions with them without much problem. Shipping time may be slow, though.
