Just received my order today.
Been using them for several years now, and have never had a problem, and normally received a refund on the shipping costs after the final package is weighed. Make sure you use air mail, or you will have a several months wait for surface mail--- plainly stated on the web-site. I also pay with PayPal.
Normally shipping is pretty fast, except if you order something out of stock, and they need to order it for you.

They are ok. On the other hand it can take up to 4 week before they send the order. It has been like that lately for me, but perhaps its just bad luck as I had a smaller item for each order that were out of stock.

I have been using them for years and so far so good. Sometimes they can be slow but every time they e-mailed me and explained why! Usually items out of stock and to save shipping they held the order. I find them good to work with and great prices!
