I can I make snow slush for a 1:35 scale diorama?

You can try some Future mixed with Baking soda or Pastel powders. If you need little mud mixed in the slush. Just sprinkle alittle Brown pastel powder in the mix in different spots. Once its dried its hard as a rock.

Future is a floor polish. Clear and shiny and water based. You can get it anywhere from Wal-Mart to K-mart to dollar stores all over the country. It's also great for coating models before you put on the decals. Helps keep the decals from silvering.
