Woodland Scenics makes a snow. I'm not sure if it's microbaloons per say but it looks good.

How big are you talking?
The average container of WS Snow is a good size.
If you want thick snow you sould build up the base with styrofoam first and then cover it with a thin layer of WS Snow for the glisten and texture.

Thanks for the reply. I am thinking of 50"x30" but I plan to experiment and build furture projects. I like to have too much instead of too little.

They tend to sell enough bulk to satistfy Model Railroaders with 50' X 20' layouts.

Any hobby type store that caters to RC aircraft should have micro-balloons in bulk. I believe they use them to mix with epoxy etc to keep the weight down.
