I've mailed them already

Eto yung minail ko sa kanila

I have some questions regarding the diorama/ model kit contest

1.What focus? Anime, Aircrafts, Tanks?

2. What would be the prize?

3. Is there a registration fee?

4. Will the model be returned to us afterwards?

5. When is the deadline?

6. Is there a consolation prize?

7. Is there a division (eg. Junior division)?

Thanks!

I'll be posting again the results in a few days

This, for me, is MOST important.

Anyhow, I won't be able to join or even go see this convention. School starts next week, 11th (I thought it was yesterday, the 6th, but thank God it was moved), so a no go for me. However, if I do finish my SA-9 Mod-A Gaskin on time (my entry for the Cold War Cook-Off campaign) and spice up my Strv103B, I might instead try to make arrangements with Jeepney if he could possibly sign up on my behalf and bring them 2 kits to the convention. Assuming they return the model (I did not like what LW and SR experienced in the Anime convention). If they don't, well, no entry for me. If they do, still depends on time, arrangements with Jeep, etc.

To those joining, good luck and please take lots of pix! :-) Both the model exhibits and the pretty faces there as well. :-)

Lone, sali tayo! I have here a 90% completed MS-18E Kampfer! Kailangan ko na lang ng dio and you will be a great help! Materials are all ready and your skills will be greatly needed!

I have also a semi-finished F-22 and F/A-18E in 1/72 scale. I think I'll give it another try!

Darn! They said they will reply in a few days! Bwisit! Eto nga nireply ko sa kanila. Something like this

Be quick on that mail! School is starting and we don't have much time on working it. It's hard to work and study. Why didn't you announce it a month ago? At that time, we could really create good models! Modeling isn't that easy!

Hehehe! Sana matauhan sila :-)

SR, not only do I have class on Saturdays (Negotiable Instruments, 0900 - 1200hrs), but I also have a very heavy class on Sundays (Business Organizations, 1300-1600hrs).

I'll rely on you guys for the blow-by-blow accounts and the pix of the event.

BTW SR, easy on the email comrade. Some people are quite thin-skinned and might have an averse reaction to your email. Patience, young padowan.

Just don't write your email address when you sign-up #:-) #:-) #:-)

I hope they get their act together within the week. My parents will be here on the 21st and we're going on a sekret mission in the afternoon I hope I can sneak out in the morning and drag my dad along.

Will be glad to help you with the kits GI! Methinks only my M88A1 will be done by then. I hope I can finish the Zelda this weekend

SR: As Jeep said, don't put your email in their entry form

Jeep: Thanks very much! I'll see if I can do something about it. I can spruce up the Strv103B and/or deliver the SA-9 Gaskin which, incidentally, the assembly is complete, with painting to be done today (see the Campaigns section).
