Well I have some WW II armor and such and I may be interested in trading for this kit. Get with me off line (beachbmr at yahoo.com) and lets see if we can work a deal?
Cheers

Considering the other questionable interactions other members have had with him, this does not sound good. I wish you luck and hope it works out for you.

I think after the previous deals, it wouldnt of been too much to ask him to send his part first..then you send yours. Hopefully he wont ruin it again?

I never did get any response from panzerboy.

My interest in trading is gone since I ended up agreeing on a trade with another board member.

Well since I gave him 48 Hours to reply on Saturday and he has refused to do so, I guess you can put Lee Cleeton of 1514 Carolina Ave, Springfield ILL. 62702 ( [email protected] ) as a Dishonest person to deal with. Now I know some of you will say give him time. Well with his track record no more time is warranted. If he were an Honest individual he would have at least replied to the many E-mails sent to him. He also in the past had pulled the same thing then says he was sick. Well I agree he is sick but only in his Morals! Any one wishing to see the e-mails pertaining to the deal are welcome to contact me and they will be provided. I am also taking action through the US Postal Inspectors, His Local District Attorney and Local (City and County) Police Agencies. Hey it got Jonesy put in Jail a Few Years back may just work again. If any of you have outstanding "deals" with him please contact me and we can coordinate the actions to be taken.
Cheers

Other than still no communication or kit?? No I suppose not but the Postal Inpectors took the information on a Mail Fraud Complaint. This guy is not an Honest Individual sorry to say. Will be recontacting his Local District Attorney as they told me I had to wait 30 Days to file the complaint. That will be the 27th of Jan. Thats all I have.

Thanks for the update. Third time is unfortunately the charm for him. The list has now been updated. I am sorry for your loss in this. I would almost expect another "I was in the hospital story", but who knows.

PS- I sent a couple of emails as well that went unanswered.

Well I must say this morning I got the Kit in Question, but I find it funny that it shows up the Day the District Attorneys Office said to file the complaint? While I did receive the kit I still find it poor practice to stop all e-mails and let things get this far before you take action (You being Mr. Cleeton) or the courtesy of an E-Mail! So while the trade eventually happened I can not recommend Mr. Cleeton as a trader as he just don't seem to get that both sides have to deliver and communicate for a fair trade! So if you want to trade with Mr. Cleeton do so at your own risk and expect delays and no response from e-mails.

Don't go there Lee as all you ever Provide are Excuses! You know the Maximum Effective range of an Excuses? It is 0 Meters! You just don't get it do you! You have a track record and that sticks like Epoxy to your reputation! Just go away as folks here know they can not rely on you! Every time there is Trouble and it is named Lee Cleeton! Sorry Guy but you earned it!

And we will close this one now.

The threads are always here to read and make your own judgements on prior dealings and past record of slow trading practices. I can see this one turning into an ongoing "but my computer crashed, I was in the hospital, wife did not pay internet bill etc." vs people not getting their agreed upon trades for a great deal of time or possibly not all. It appears as though everyone finally got their end of the deal this time, which is good news.

Mr. Cleeton,

No one is preventing you from trying to conduct trades here. It will be up to individual members to decide if they are willing to deal with you.

Nice day to all.
