I'm hoping some of the staff or at least someone with half an idea about computers can help me. I have been attempting to upload some photos to a couple of campaign folders, however, when I attempt to do so it tells me I'm over the limit. The problem is I only have 5 photos in 3 different campaign folders under my profile and can not delete them (not that I really want to). Is this a standard limit or am I, again, doing something wrong?

Unless they are very large pics this should not happen, all pics should be no larger than 800 X 600 pixels. Please post here again if you are following this limit.

Nick,
I looked at this issue for about an hour and didn't find an easy solution for this. I think that there is some old data in the database for the 5 photos you have uploaded. They are showing file sizes of 1-2 mb and totalling 9.6mb so that is why you can't upload more. However when I try to re-upload one of your images over itself I get a file creation error which is probably due to a permissions problem on the server. The best solution may be to simply delete your 5 photos and start from scratch I'm afraid.

I will be attempting to upgrade our gallery software in a few days and hopefully some of our on-going issues may be fixed. Or not...

Thanks,
Jim

Thanks for the help Jim and Darren
Unfortunatly, yes I have uploaded some rather large photos, memory wise, however, I cant seem to figure out how to delete the ones I've got on there as it appears I'm a bit computer illiterate.
I was planning on re-shooting the photos with a smaller size limit as suggested and then re-posting them if I can manage it. Apparently it's quiet easy!

Nick,

if you click on a photo in your gallery, you get an row of options underneath the large picture. In the middle is a 'edit' option (just hover over the symbols, the function will show up).
Click edit, and at the bottom of your edit option is a tick box to delete the photo. Tick the box, and press 'submit'.

If you want, I can do it for you.
