I like Armorama as well because of the membership here my plastic interests are also all over the place. There are other sites which specify interests from era to scale to geography.

Hi Mike,

I've tried most of them. I keep coming back to here to 'big A' because is has been the friendliest, most courteous, professionally staffed, and easy to use. I think it also says something that several owners of other sites are also members here.

I also find KitMaker to be the most inclusive site--just look at some of my eclectic off-the-wall interests!

This site has fit all my Modeling needs and have some of the coolest, honest people that I have met on line . Keep On Modeling, milvehfan

I'm sure there must be others, but this is where I spend 99% of my time I've gotten so addicted that I have Armorama book marked on my personal blackberry so that I can read things here no matter where I am I know it is a sickness lol.

I don't know that there is a "best' website. Armorama really has it all and beyond with the other sites on the Kitmaker network. But other sites have other folks and other folk's ideas and models so it's all very subjective. I think we all find one site that suites our individual needs and tend to call that site 'home' even if other sites are visited frequently. Personally I used to try to keep up on all the various sites that most are familiar with until I found myself spending much more time online than modeling.
Cheers,
Charles

There's only two armor sites that I bother to visit. Armorama and Missing-Lynx (http://www.missing-lynx.com/). Good luck.
