Bought pro-modeller weathering washes in Sept 2008 , items arrived in package -(items inside bubble wrapped) via registered mail (SingPost) within two weeks.
Two things to take note -
1) for credit card payment - Payment is HKG , items are in USD. The bank uses a fixed conversion rate from USD 1 = 7.8 HKG. After that your Credit card charges you another rate for USD to SGD. You have to do your maths if it is worth while.
2) Anything which status is "available" is still kept dangling. Have one item undelivered and still in progress status. Go for "in-stock" items.
I believe they are trustworhty but for back-orders , i do not know if anyone is looking into it.
I hope with their recent restructuring finalised, they will speed up and send my outstanding item.
