Central Arkansas Scale Modelers is hosting the Region 6 IPMS show in Little Rock, Arkansas on October 18th 2008. There is an airshow the same weekend at Jacksonville AFB only a few minutes away..

There are some great vendors lined up for the show including Tankrats out of Pheonix. We have several guest speakers coiming to do presentations. Craig Davis, who is part owner of Tank Rats, was an A-10 Jockey and he is going to be talking about his experiences as an Warthog pilot. Fletcher Clement is a world class figure modeler from Little Rock. He has a slide presentation which he will be making that is a collection of some of his work. He'll be talking about his work, where he gets his inspiration and some general figure modeling topics.

We're also having a documentary film premiere about a downed pilot in New Guinea that has several sequences involving model work...

Anybody in driving distance is invited and we'd love to see y'all there..
