as thumbing thur Verlinden production books and others i see words,numbers and sometimes german eagles on crates called V.P. and they said they stop making them they will only as V.P. stated if demand is 100,000 that's crazy also he said they only had a self life of 2-3 yrs and thats if they where in a conditioned area and dark does any one know of a mfg(producer) of these 1/35 scale crate decals for sale,help?

Well, it's not "crazy". A company can produce whatever they want, whenever they want, however, I'll admit that 100,000 of anything to the modelling hobby is pretty high. In my line of work, that's called a PFO ("Please f*** off") quote. In other words, they don't want to do it at all, but if someone wants it bad enough to come up with enough money, they can be convinced to do it.
If the decals you are talking about are the dry transfer type, they may be right about the shelf life, so even if you find some, they may not be usable. Beware!
