JMN of Harrison's do have the stuffs you want. I'm not sure of the price and availability, but I saw it there before. Enjoy!

Thank you =) haha its far from my place but ill look for it hehehe thanks again. by the way since im new in making a diorama advise me naman what material should i use as a base except for wood and frames thank you sir =)

Wood is the best material to use. Depends on the size of your diorama, you could use cork boards or styro as base.

Yes you can, however, plaster may peel off a smooth styro. You can drill some holes on it where the plaster will "hold on" to the styro.
