"KV Seminar - a repeat of last year? No...

For those wondering if this is a repeat of last year's seminar, I will be focusing on the variants that we didn't get to in last year's presentation, such as the KV-2, KV-1S, KV-85 and SU-152.

Cheers,

Neil

"Re: KV Seminar - Russian Armor fans must seminar September 23 2008, 1:30 PM

Folks,

I was fortunate enough to attend Neil's KV presentation at the Auburn show and it was great even though he had to rush through a little near the end. It was well worth the semiar admittance price. Well....any AMPS seminar is for that matter, but if you are a Soviet armor fan, you can't miss this one. Besides Neil going over the various changes in production models, he takes it a big step forward: he identifies what upgrades and changes the various kits need to make them very accurate and the manufacturers that make them. This would be a great help to those planning on going to the AMPS Nationals in April. Besides this and 3 other great seminars, you'll want to visit the vendors and the model display tables at the AMPS East 2008 Show.

Special note: For those attending the AMPS East Show, please consider volunteering for even one AMPS judging shift provided you attended the judging seminar previously. It's a great help to the AMPS East guys putting on the show, you would be serving fellow your fellow AMPS members and it really can hlep you be a better modeller.

Thanks,

chuck willis

P.S. Don't forget to renew your AMPS membership!!! "
