Hi Guys
I was reading on one of the defense websites that due to the higher than normal number of hours being flown by the AH64 apaches, the yanks are considering flogging them off to their Allies ,as the block 3s come into service, maybe the RNZAF could go cap in hand to Aunty Helen to allow them to buy 1 or 2
Cheers
Chris

Helen was at the docks protesting when the Skyhawks arrived. I don't like our chances.

Yeah, that's just what we need - Uncle Sam's hand-me-downs...
Look, they'll be half-rooted from being flogged around various sandpits by the Seppos, no amount of number eight'll do them any favours.
What do we need ground attack capability for anyhoo..?
Hadn't you heard - we live in a 'benign strategic environment' apparently...
No need for any of that combat shenanigans in our armed forces, someone might get hurt.
