I just noticed on this month's email from Fine Scale Modeler magazine that Swapey has a sponsoring ad, It claims "600 models on display and 800 members contributing on a daily basis". I though it was interesting considering their less than stellar reception here after the SPAM incidents. Personally, their initial we'll turn you in to law enforcement if we think you are a person of interest disclaimer turned me off. Then more fine print essentially saying any pictures became their property to do with as they liked sealed the deal for me with them. However, despite their best efforts at shooting themselves in both feet it would appear they have generated enough revenue to buy advertising. I guess as long as nobody gets hurt trainwrecks are kinda fun to watch.

I never heard of them before , I be staying away from them . It's just so wrong on so many different levels !
