hi guys i am in need of a part for the testors m108. if yohave done this and messed one up or have a spare. i could use part a34 thanks rob.

Since I don't have the directions, what is part A34? I have built a bunch of M108/M109s and have lots of left over parts. I probably have it, just don't know what it is.

hi gino here is the part i need and they say a picture is worth a 1000 words. i thought i put it on the back but i must have lost it between my bench and the shop were i paint but the part circled is what i need.

OK, now I'm following. Unfortunately, the retaining clip to hold teh rear hatch open is always used on mine. You could probably make one pretty easily though. Good luck.

OK, now I'm following. Unfortunately, the retaining clip to hold the rear hatch open is always used, never a left over part. You could probably make one pretty easily though. Good luck.

Well, after having just spoken to Fort Worth Rob, I know that you are not he. True, you COULD scratch the part very easily. IF you had one in front of you. It looks far larger in the pic than it really is. PM me. I'll send you one.

Rob, your part is on the way. I'm posting this here in case anyone else might be doing an M108 in the near future. You will still need to do a bit of scratchbuilding, but it'll be easy when you have the piece. You have to make a mirror image of it because the M108 has TWO rear doors. The left one requires a lock as well.

You will have to make the separate rear doors as well. The Italeri kit comes with the single rear door as found on the M109.
