hI Rolly I would google search 'casting resin supplies' and see what comes up that suits your needs. Might even try the commercial pages of your telephone listings book under 'plastics'.
cheers!

Hi Rolly,

A number of our members in IPMS Manila know how to cast resin parts. I believe that they get their RTV Silicone and Resin from a hardware store somewhere in Pasay. I don't know the exact address but I should be able to get it after our club meeting this Sunday . I'll let you know.

Cheers

You're welcome Rolly! Anything to help a fellow Pinoy modeler! BTW, juts curious but what are you building?

If you have relatives and friends in Manila, you can have them buy the stuff you need and have them couriered to you.

BTW, if you have the chance come to Quezon City go visit the AFP Museum. Our club (IPMS Manila) has a number of dioramas which some of our members made. A number of the figures used are cast from resin.

Cheers and Happy Modeling!

According to my pal and fellow club member Nickster, the stores name is Polymer Products, Inc. 11 Joe Borris St. Bagong Ilog Pasig. Its EDSA branch is on the corner of EDSA and taft rotunda. Its on the right side of EDSA if you are going towards Mall of Asia after crossing Taft Avenue. He was able to buy the supplies you mentioned a couple of months back. He isn't certain how often they have these in stock. If you have relatives and friends in Manila, you can have them go and inquire. They can buy the stuff you need if in stock and have them couriered to you.

We also invite you to visit our website. www.ipmsmanila.com. I'm sure you will find a lot of informative stuff there.

Cheers and Happy Modeling!

rolly,

Polymer Products Phlippines has a website. They also have a lot of branches scattered all around the Philippines and they're not concentrated to Metro Manila only.

Here's a link for your reference.
